i will be back and would recomand the place. thanks for amazing stay, having setting to the bus terminal. staff are amiable, i'm very grateful to them. they provide a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the washroom. the apartment has incredible and brilliant short walk to supermarkets, guayaquil, and ferris wheel.

The bed was comfortable, our sleep was perfect. And thanks to its central location it was adjacent to commercial center, Guayaquil, close to supermarkets and the iguana park and walkable to the riverfront, the cathedral. We liked the owner;)))

I got great value for my money at Residencia Terreros. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket nearby. The staff, including the owner and his sons, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible with late check-in and late check-out.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Great location - close to major attractions and easy walk to the Malecon. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Daily cleaning was thorough and we appreciated the attention to detail. the apartment had a big-screen TV and strong, consistent internet. the peaceful and quiet atmosphere was a pleasant surprise in such a busy neighborhood. We also enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchenette and a large refrigerator at our disposal.

Lack of natural light was a downside of the apartment. It would have been nice to have some windows to let in natural sunlight.
